Metro police make 19 arrests
JOBURG – Officers recovered a variety of stolen items and two illegal firearms.
From 14 to 20 August, Metro police arrested 19 suspects for various crimes.
The arrests also resulted in the recovery of 13 stolen vehicles, two illegal firearms, various other stolen goods and the seizure of 387g of drugs.

Some of the vehicles recovered included a silver Ford Ranger, a white Quantum minibus, a silver grey Ford Figo, a silver grey Kia and a white VW Golf.
The suspects will appear in court soon.
