Student Sponsorship Programme appoints a new student recruitment and academic director
JOBURG – New recruitment director for SSP vows to go full force in his new role.
The Student Sponsorship Programme (SSP), which previously sponsored a youngster from Alex to attend a local school and another who now attends St Mary’s School, recently appointed a new student recruitment and academic director.

Lucky Letshabo will assume his role on 1 February and oversee the recruitment of youngsters as well as oversee all academic and support programmes within SSP.
He has a strong background in education and obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Johannesburg.

Letshabo worked as a scholarship recruitment officer and mentor as well as assisted in the Realema Teacher Internship Programme at St. John’s College in Johannesburg.
He is passionate about creating opportunities for gifted youngsters, especially those who come from low-income backgrounds.
