Alexandra Community Health Centre patient killing shocks Ramokgopa
ALEXANDRA– Gang man attack in Alexandra Community Health Centre angers health Gauteng health MEC.
The MEC of Health in Gauteng province Dr Gwen Ramokgopa said she was shocked and saddened after a patient was stabbed to death by a group of unknown men in Alexandra Community Health Centre on Sunday 28 May.
According to health department spokesperson Khutso Rabothata a group of unknown men stormed into hospital ward where the deceased was and stabbed.
“At that time there were other patients including children who witnessed this senseless behavior and no doubt they been left traumatised,” Rabothata said
Ramokgopa has urged the community to work with the police in ensuring that suspects get apprehended for their crime.
