Infinity Kracht gives back to the community
ALEXANDRA– A local youth organisation Infinity Kracht donates school uniforms to children of Ithuteng Primary School.
The community-based Youth Organisation, Infinity Kracht donated uniforms and stationery to pupils of Ithuteng Primary School.
“Every year we select one local school to which we can donate uniforms and stationery. We then ask for a list of children who are in need and go to our partners for donations,” said Rebecca Smelane, one of the members of the organisation.
“Today we’ve donated more than 50 pairs of shoes, shirts, socks and stationery and we will do it again for another school next year. We give priority to children from economically disadvantaged families and orphans.”
A member of the School Governing Body, Thandeka Thanga, who attended the handover ceremony thanked the organisation and urged other organisations to lend a helping hand to the community.
Infinity Kracht also hosts youth career expos and music events to nurture young local talents and to take young stars out of the streets.
