UPDATE: Four kids killed in #AlexFire buried today, mothers continue to battle for permission to attend funeral
ALEX - Four children to be buried today.
Four children who perished in the fire tragedy on Sunday morning 16 September in Alexandra will be laid to rest in Waterfall Cemetery later today.
At this point, it is still unknown if the two mothers will be granted permission to attend the funeral service and are currently still in court.
Both mothers remain in custody and will appear in the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court on 28 September for their bail applications. The pair is charged with cases of negligence and culpable homicide.
