JOHANNESBURG – MMC for Finance Funzela Ngobeni will deliver his 2019/2020 Budget Speech at the Metropolitan Centre.
The MMC for Finance in the City of Joburg Funzela Ngobeni will deliver the City of Johannesburg Budget Speech for 2019/20 on 22 May at the Metropolitan Centre.
The Budget Speech will give the City of Johannesburg an opportunity to give overarching plans, programmes and priorities of the City to improve service delivery to its residents and various stakeholders.
