Tyga and Schoolboy Q head to SA
JOBURG - Multi-award winning artists are coming to South Africa for the first time. Tyga and Schoolboy Q will be making their way to South Africa to perform for hoards of adoring fans on 7 March.
Axe has teamed up with Channel O and Yfm to bring the two artists together to perform at Mary Fitzgerald Square.
Unfortunately Tyga, who is part of the Young Money family, will not be performing with the other record label members. This is set to be one of the biggest hip-hop and rap concerts to come to South Africa.
Schoolboy Q has recently emerged on the commercial scene with his underground rap style that has rap fans all over the world dubbing him one of the greatest rappers on the scene at the moment – placing him in the same category as rap God Eminem and king Kendrick Lamar.
The duo will only do one performance for South Africa, no where else but in the heart of Joburg – and with their very reasonable ticket prices, the city may see an influx of tourism from our neighbours from KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and the Eastern Cape.
Tickets are on sale at Computicket for R450 for general access and R750 for golden circle.
Unlike the Chris Brown X Tour, this concert will not cost you an arm and a leg and you will still get to see two renowned rappers on stage.
