Unforeseen technical problems lead to lights out in the City
JOBURG - Eskom has confirmed that load shedding would take place from 11am on 26 January due to unforeseen technical problems at power stations.
This, according to reports which were confirmed on the Eskom Media Desk’s Twitter account on 26 January at 11am.
Eskom Media Desk tweeted: “The power system is severely constrained, load shedding will commence at 11am today as a result. Due to unforeseen technical problems at our power stations, the power system is severely constrained. Eskom will load shed from 11:00.”
