Non-profit organisation, NF Apprentices invites Alex youths to apply for 15 apprenticeship opportunities in motor mechanics and related trades.
The training will be for a three- to four-year period and will include spray painting and panel beating, and expose the recruits to the latest industry technology and workplace experience. They will receive qualifications accredited by MerSETA (Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority), and the qualification will be recognised internationally.
Eligible candidates should be South African citizens; black, Indian or coloured between 18 and 24 years old; have above A 40 percent pass mark in maths or maths literacy; above 50 percent pass mark in English; and be from a family with an annual income of less than R80 000.
