Short-term employment opportunities now available
ALEXANDRA - Short-term employment opportunities, in the form of conducting business audit surveys, for the unemployed youth of Alexandra are now on offer at the Greater Alexandra Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Eligible candidates must be South African, reside in Alexandra and be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate with mathematics or mathematics literacy and English.
Those who meet the requirements can apply by forwarding a certified copy of their ID and Grade 12 certificate, as well as a detailed CV to Motswedi Skills Centre, 17 Arkwright Avenue, Wynberg 2090.
Lerato Moemise of the communication department within the chamber said due to the large volume of applications that might be received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
She said strictly fair and non-discriminatory selection procedures will be followed, and that incomplete applications will not be considered.
The closing date for submissions is 7 October.
