MUST READ: Man stabs neighbour
ALEXANDRA - An Alex man was remanded in custody by the Alexandra Magistrates' Court for assault, robbery and attempted murder and will reappear in court after the investigation is concluded.
The court heard that at about 8pm on 31 October last year, Knowledge Mvubu (25) of 1st Avenue, Wynberg, allegedly assaulted his neighbour Lusindiso Kwange (23) before he stabbed him in the back with a knife and robbed him of R300.
The accused was said to have assaulted Kwange on the street. The victim ran to his room and Mvubu allegedly followed him there where he further assaulted, stabbed and took his money.
