Here's a quick and easy way to have fresh garlic at your fingertips.
Store bought chopped garlic in jars and tubs just does not taste like fresh garlic. Garlic can be cleaned quickly without your hands reeking of garlic. Pour olive oil over the peeled cloves and place them in a glass jar in the fridge where they will stay fresh for ages. Not only will you have fresh garlic at your finger tips, you will also have garlic flavoured oil at the ready if you need it. Keep topping up with oil as you use the garlic.
