A cold front is expected to hit Gauteng this weekend.
The South African Weather Service issued a statement saying Johannesburg residents can expect to experience significantly lower daytime temperatures on Sunday. Temperatures will drop significantly with lows expected to be around 1 degree with highs of around 15.
The cold weather conditions are expected to continue into the new week and warmer conditions can be expected from next Tuesday.
