The Wanderers Sports Medical Centre is encouraging women within the community to join its Physical Boot Camp and Wellness Day on 27 August at the iconic Bidvest Wanderers Stadium.
On 1 March, the centre opened its doors to the general public, offering the fitness novice access to an elite functioning and conditioning centre, sports medical suites and other fitness facilities.
Director of the centre, Craig Govender, said the Wanderers Sports Medical Centre offers the novice quality medical service which is on par with the medical service delivery enjoyed by professional athletes.
The boot camp will entail body weight training and a wellness expo with collaborating vendors who promote a healthy lifestyle and lifestyle products.
