Man found dead on street
ALEXANDRA – Dead man found on street with bullet wounds on his head.
Police officers are investigating the murder of a 31-year-old man who was identified by his sister as Khayelihle Mlilo.
Spokesperson for Alexandra Police Station, Lieutenant Allie Kodisang said police officers were called to the scene on 5th Avenue at 7pm on 25 February and found the victim lying on the road with bullet wounds to the back of his head.
He was wearing a suit, a blue T-shirt and takkies. Paramedics certified Mlilo dead on the scene.
According to Kodisang there were no witnesses.
Police officers are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact the station.
