Men lose vehicle and valuables to one-night lovers in Alex
ALEXANDRA – Alex police officers are looking for female suspects who are said to have stolen from a man after spending the night.
A victim allegedly lost his brother’s vehicle to suspected female thieves who he and a friend spent a night with.
Spokesperson for Alex Police Station, Lieutenant Allie Kodisang said the men spent some time with the women at a tavern on 22 February and later took them to one of the victim’s 7th Avenue residence.

When they awoke the following morning, the women had disappeared allegedly together with the victims’ plasma TV, cellphone, pairs of Timberlake and Lacoste boots, R200 and a VW Polo.
The incident is being investigated by Alex Police Station and no arrests have been made as yet.
