I want to urge all motorists to drive safely to and from your holiday destinations. This has been a difficult and stressful year for many people, but if we work together in the interests of the community and the City of Johannesburg, I am optimistic that next year will be a turning point for the better.
Please take part in community activities, especially the A Re Sebetseng campaign from the mayor to clean up the city.
Over the next few weeks, relax, enjoy yourself, and come back refreshed in the New Year.
