UPDATE: Jeffrey Maremane’s body found in Germiston government mortuary
ALEXANDRA– Missing Jeffrey Maremane's body was found in Germiston Mortuary.
The corpse of 45-year-old Jeffery Maremane who was reported missing a few weeks ago in the Alex News, Week ending 31 August, was found on Friday 7 September in Germiston Mortuary.

Maremane who was epileptic and hard of hearing went missing on 5 August in Marlboro after he had gone shopping with his father. He was found dead on 8 August on Van Buuren Road in Bedfordview.
According to Thulani Ncube, Moremane’s nephew, his uncle was found dead next to the garage and his body was taken to Germiston Mortuary. “I can confirm that we have found Jeffrey Maremane whom we reported missing. Unfortunately, we found him dead in a government mortuary in Germiston on Friday. We would like to thank the public for their efforts in helping us find him.”
Maremane’s funeral service was held on Wednesday, 12 September at his home and he was buried in Waterfall Cemetery.
