ALEX - Alex fire children are laid to rest.
The funeral of the four children who perished in the fire tragedy on Sunday morning 16 September in Alexandra is currently taking place at Thusong Youth Centre, where a number of mourners have already made their way.
Mourners will then proceed to Waterfall Cemetery later today, where the children will be laid to rest.

Why were the mothers of the #AlexFire children prevented from attending the children's funerals? Does the presumption of innocence not apply to the poor? This injustice cannot be undone.
