UPDATE: Inferno murderer faces high court
ALEXANDRA – Marlboro children's murderer referred to high court.
The case of Mpho Vanessa Sedimela who was charged with the murder of her boyfriend’s rival lover’s children was transferred by Alex Magistrates’ Court to the South Gauteng High Court for judgement.
The incident which was reported several times in Alex News occurred in April this year in a disused factory which has been turned into informal dwellings in Marlboro.
Sedimela allegedly doused the shack in which the three children and an older relative were staying with petrol and set it alight. Neighbours’ shacks were also destroyed but luckily there were no other fatalities or injuries.
At the time, the boyfriend and his lover were away.
