Robbers tail, rob businessman of R30 000
ALEXANDRA – Shots fired in R30 000 robbery at Alex businessman's home.
Alexandra Police Station officers are looking for two suspects who allegedly robbed a businessman of R30 000 at his 10th Avenue home.
Police spokesperson Captain Stephen Malatji said the victim withdrew the money at a bank in Parktown at about midday on 25 January. “The suspects must have driven behind him from there and pounced on him as he entered the home. They fired two shots into the ground before grabbing and disappearing with the bag containing the money,” Malatji said.
