Truck sales shift into high gear
Medium, heavy and extra-heavy truck sales have shown growth in the early stages of 2019.
With the light commercial vehicle market showing growth and the medium, heavy and extra-heavy truck sales increasing by 14.7%, 6.9% and 1.6% in a year to date, Futuroad Expo confirmed that Volvo, UD Trucks, FAW, Tata, Daewoo, Powerstar, JMC and Fiat Professional will be exhibiting their products later this year.
The Road Freight Association and South African Bus Operators Association will be hosting conferences alongside free-to-attend skills development zones at the event co-located with Automechanika Johannesburg at the Expo Centre, Nasrec, taking place from 18-21 September 2019.
