Continue reporting service delivery issues
ALEXANDRA – Be part of desired ward improvements despite lockdown
Ward 105 councillor Teffo Raphadu urged Alex residents who need assistance to refer to the ward service delivery website www.ward105joburg.co.za
This as the 21-day lockdown of free human movement was put in place by government from midnight 26 March in an effort to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. Combined patrolling by the police and the army will enforce this peacetime measure which government hopes will limit human contact and reduce the spread of the virus.
“The website is a platform to unite, inform and invite residents to be part of fast-tracking service delivery and change they want to see in the community, he said. “They will log in calls in the comfort of their homes on breakdowns in service and can also escalate other issues through the councillor’s page www.ward105joburg.co.za/councillor.”
Raphadu urged residents to communicate on service delivery issues which need his and the City’s urgent attention during the lockdown. Alternatively, the councillor can be reached on 074 351 4843.
