The biological parents of the child are known only Ntokozo (mother) and Mzwakhe (father). Jali, aged three, was born 28 July 2011. She was found last week crying on corner of 17th Avenue and Florence Mposho Road (formerly Vasco da Gama Road) in Alexandra.
