Baloyi, a young boy estimated to have been born on 15 April last year, was found wondering at Setswetla Circle, Alexandra at about 6.45pm.
He was wearing black tracksuit pants, a blue tracksuit top, a green T-shirt and red shoes. Impilo is appealing to anyone who might know or have information about the whereabouts of Baloyi’s parents to come forward.
