South Africa has been experiencing some extreme weather conditions as of late. From dry scorchers to heavy storms, this week has been no exception. Heavy rainfall was predicted this week with some areas reporting record breaking averages. While some celebrated the downpour, many others were displaced by the floods and left devastated by road accidents, traffic and poor drainage systems.
