ALEXANDRA - GALXCOC invites SMMES, other businesses to a public-private partnerships exhibition
The Greater Alexandra Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Galxcoc) and the Joburg City Council invite businesses, in particular, small, micro and medium enterprises (SMMEs) to an exhibition of products and services of government regulatory units, the private sector and other strategic partners.
Interested residents are also invited.
The event titled, SMME Access to Information and Opportunities Open Exhibition, will be at the Altrec Sports Complex on 6 May from 10am to 3pm.
It will be a platform for public-private partnerships to help grow the local economy and encourage big business to invest and partner with Alex SMMEs using enterprise and supplier development tools.
Exhibitors will include Sars, Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, National Empowerment Fund, law firm Bowman and Gilfillan, Discovery Health, Business Place and Nedbank.
