ALEXANDRA – Boyfriend suspected in theft of victim's R7 000 television
An Alex woman has laid a charge of theft against her boyfriend.
Police spokesperson Lieutenant Allie Kodisang said the 33-year-old complainant from Ext 9 reported that at about 11pm on 15 July, she and the boyfriend went to bed in her room. When she woke up at 7.30am the following morning, the boyfriend was gone and so was her 50cm flat screen Samsung TV, valued at R7 000, and a window had been broken.
The investigation is continuing and no arrest has been made.
