ALEXANDRA – Man climbs up a building and finds his ladder stolen.
A man was rescued from the top of a building where he was stranded after the ladder he used to get up was stolen.
Spokesperson for Alex Police Station, Captain Allie Kodisang said the victim had climbed to the top of Pan Africa Mall to fix the roof. When he tried to get down, the ladder had disappeared.
Another ladder was brought to get the victim down.
The stolen ladder was valued at R2 000 and police are investigating a case of theft.
